About GMI
Founded on three decades of governance practice.
GMI was founded by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mostafa Soliman, former Executive Director of the Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIoD) and PhD in Corporate Governance from Durham University. The institute combines academic depth with hands-on advisory experience designing governance frameworks for listed companies across the Arab region.
